Feedback may be provided anonymously. If you choose to include personal information, it will be kept confidential unless you give us explicit consent to share it.
All non-anonymous feedback will be acknowledged within three business days, using the same channel where possible. A full response will follow as appropriate. Records of accessibility feedback will be retained for seven years.
Information is available in alternate formats upon request. Large print, electronic, or print copies will be provided within 20 days. Braille and audio formats will be provided within 45 days.

Accessibility Plan and Progress Reports
Whiteoaks prepares an Accessibility Plan to identify, remove, and prevent barriers. We also publish annual Progress Reports to share updates on how we are meeting our commitments. Both the Plan and Reports are developed in consultation with persons with disabilities and will remain publicly available on this site for at least seven years.
